New promotion campaign for tachograph accessories

Villingen-Schwenningen/Germany, 2 February 2010. VDO rewards loyality to the original and therefore relaunches its tried-and-tested "3+1" campaign. Anyone who buys three packs of 100 original VDO diagram charts or three packs of tachograph printer paper and thus covers his annual requirements will receive an additional handy loupe as a bonus. The tachograph documents are available at more than 10,000 sales points worldwide. Potential customers can find their nearest VDO partner under vdo.dtco.com. The marketing offer will run till summer and applies to the whole of Europe and the most important markets around the world.

Since the introduction of the digital tachograph, VDO also sells printer paper for the digital control units, besides the traditional diagram charts. The paper has been specially developed for use in vehicles and can be used with all standard digital tachograph models. It is protected against extreme temperatures (- 20 ° to + 70 °C) and has a special coating on the front which increases resistance to environmental influences, such as humidity, oil or grease.
